Directions

First, cook the red pepper flakes and onions in heated olive oil in saucepan over moderate temperature setting, mixing from time to time, or till onions become soft, it takes approximately TEN min. then blend in tomatoes then blend in their juices, then blend in water and heat to boiling. Then lower the temperature and allow to simmer, mixing from time to time, for approximately HALF hrs.

Take basil, salt, pepper and add them and take away from heat and allow to cool for a while. Then take strainer and set it over large size bowl. Then puree the soup till become smooth and then after this, remove the small size cap from the pour lid and then use the kitchen towel for covering the space.

Take the blended soup and pour this via strainer and then remove the solids and bring the soup back to saucepan and again heat it over moderately low temperature setting.
